About Summit Air & Heat

Heating and air conditioning service for Phoenix and Scottsdale. How we work, where we go and what to expect when the truck pulls up.

How we work

A heating or cooling problem is rarely convenient, and it is never simple to judge from the outside. Our job is to make it understandable: what failed, why it failed, what it takes to fix it, what it costs, and whether it is worth fixing at all. We tell you the honest answer even when it is “repair it, do not replace it”.

The technician who diagnoses the system is the one who explains it to you and, in most cases, the one who fixes it. Nobody hands you off to a salesperson.

The service call

From the first call

  1. 01

    You call or book

Tell us what the system is doing, the brand if you know it, and when you need us. We confirm a window, not a “sometime today”.

  2. 02

    A technician arrives

In uniform, in a marked truck, with the common parts on board. We look at the whole system, not just the symptom.

  3. 03

    Findings and price, first

What failed, why, what it takes to fix it and what it costs — before any work starts. Repair or replace is your decision.

  4. 04

    Fixed, tested, cleaned up

We run the system through a full cycle, check temperatures and pressures, and leave the work area the way we found it.

Our commitments

What to expect from us

The whole system, not the symptom

A warm vent has a cause somewhere upstream. We find it rather than swap the nearest part.

Findings and price before work

You hear what we found and what it costs before anything is touched. No surprises on the invoice.

Repair or replace — your call

We give you both numbers and our honest read. The decision is yours, and we do not push.

Tested before we leave

Every job ends with the system run through a full cycle and the work area cleaned up.
